Boone Students Excel at
State TSA Competition

Students from the Daniel Boone Area School District earned recognition at the Pennsylvania State Technology Student Association (TSA) Competition, with multiple participants achieving top 10 finishes.

Among the standout performances, the districtβs Video Game Design team secured an impressive second-place finish, highlighting their creativity, technical skill and teamwork on a competitive state stage.
School officials praised the group for representing the district with dedication and excellence, noting the achievement as a significant accomplishment at the state level.
Ritaβs Fundraiser to Benefit Boone Baseball

A Ritaβs Italian Ice fundraiser night is set to support the Daniel Boone High School baseball team on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 6 to 9 p.m.
The event will take place at 101 E. Main Street in Birdsboro, where a portion of sales during the evening will be donated to the team. Attendees can also take part in a βSpin to Winβ activity while enjoying sweet treats.
Organizers encourage the community to come out, enjoy a dessert and support local student-athletes.

Successful Donation Drive

The Animal Rescue League of Berks County (ARL) is recognizing the support of local partners following a successful donation drive to benefit animals in need.
