Jerry Seinfeld to Perform Live in Reading
Comedy icon Jerry Seinfeld is set to perform at the Santander Performing Arts Center in Reading on April 10, 2026, at 7 p.m.
Doors will open at 6 p.m., with tickets currently on sale. Attendees also have the option to enhance their experience with a Dinner on the Mezz upgrade.
Seinfeld rose to fame following his breakthrough appearance on βThe Tonight Showβ in 1981, later co-creating the groundbreaking sitcom βSeinfeldβ with Larry David. The show ran for nine seasons and remains one of the most celebrated television comedies of all time.
In addition to his television success, Seinfeld has continued to perform stand-up worldwide and has produced a range of projects, including Netflix specials, films, books and the popular series βComedians in Cars Getting Coffee.β
Classic Play βOur Townβ Comes to Local Stage
A production of βOur Town,β the classic American play by Thornton Wilder, is set to take the stage, offering audiences a heartfelt look at life in a small town.
Directed by Lisi Levy, the play explores the everyday experiences of residents in Groverβs Corners, highlighting themes of community, connection and the importance of appreciating lifeβs simple moments.
The performance runs approximately 90 minutes and is open to a wide range of audiences.
Ticket prices are set at $29 for adults, $24 for seniors (65+), and $20 for students and children (ages 5 and up).
Boone District Celebrates Paraprofessional Support Staff Contributions

The Daniel Boone Area School District is recognizing its dedicated staff in celebration of Paraprofessional Appreciation Day.
District officials highlighted the important role paraprofessionals play in supporting both students and teachers, noting their patience, commitment and daily contributions inside and outside the classroom.
Paraprofessionals provide essential assistance that helps create a positive learning environment and ensures students receive the support they need to succeed.
The district expressed its gratitude for their continued efforts, emphasizing their impact as a vital part of the school community.
Blazer Foundation Announces
Donation Drive for Student Fundraiser

The Blazer Education Foundation is giving the community another opportunity to support local students through a special donation drive ahead of its annual fundraiser.
A bonus collection date is scheduled for Saturday, May 16 at 1 p.m. at Daniel Boone High School (Doors 18/19), 501 Chestnut Street in Birdsboro.
Community members are encouraged to donate gently used household items, clothing, toys, furniture and other goods, similar to items typically given to thrift stores.
All donated items will be resold at the foundationβs Annual Flea Market on May 30, 2026, with proceeds directly benefiting students through scholarships, educational programs and enrichment opportunities not covered by the district budget.
Organizers say every donation helps make a meaningful impact on student success.
