This month’s edition, led by District Wellness Coordinator Ashley Griffith, focuses on the 5-2-1-0 method, an easy-to-follow approach to daily wellness. The framework encourages balanced habits that support overall health and well-being.
District officials say the newsletter aims to show how small, consistent lifestyle changes can lead to meaningful improvements in both physical and mental health.
Families and community members are encouraged to review the full newsletter online for tips and guidance.
