Boone Middle School Marks
Disability Awareness Week

The Daniel Boone Area Middle School marked Disability Awareness Week with a school-wide activity focused on inclusion and understanding.
As part of the initiative, students participated by coloring paper socks, which are now displayed throughout the school on bulletin boards and in hallways. The display serves as a visual reminder that while everyone is different, each individual contributes to the strength of the school community.
School officials said the activity was designed to promote kindness, respect and awareness, encouraging students to recognize and celebrate differences while fostering a more inclusive environment.
Small Business Expo Connects
Entrepreneurs and Industry Leaders

As part of the nationally recognized Small Business Expo, the conference will feature a variety of workshops, seminars and keynote presentations focused on helping small businesses grow and succeed. Topics will include marketing strategies, sales growth, financial planning and technology integration.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with exhibitors, vendors, potential clients and business partners, creating valuable networking opportunities throughout the day.
Organizers say the event is designed to provide practical tools, insights and connections for entrepreneurs at all stages of their business journey.
