Why Burned-Out Professionals Are Turning to CBD

Long hours, heavy workloads and frustrating coworkers: job burnout is on the rise. Savvy professionals are turning to CBD and its sister compound, CBG, to manage work stress and burnout without losing focus.

Like CBD, CBG is a non-intoxicating compound found naturally in the hemp plant that is known for helping to manage mild/temporary anxiety. And these benefits are backed by science: participants in a 2022 CBDistillery study who took CBD + CBG reported:

  • Reduced mild or temporary anxiety and tension

  • Increased focus and mental clarity

  • That CBD + CBG was more effective than other treatments they tried in the past

When it comes to quality CBD products, CBDistillery is leading the way. Non-GMO, US-grown hemp, 100% clean ingredients, and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee give you one less thing to stress about.

Birdsboro Playground Project Gains

Momentum with New Feature

Birdsboro Parks and Recreation has unveiled an exciting update to its planned community playground, announcing that a zip line will be included in the design following strong community interest.

Officials say the addition reflects feedback from residents and highlights the community-driven nature of the project. The playground is currently scheduled for a community build from April 19โ€“24, 2027, with volunteers expected to play a key role in bringing the project to life.

Fundraising efforts are ongoing to support the project. Proceeds from the organizationโ€™s Annual Adult Egg Hunt, taking place this weekend, will go directly toward construction. In addition, supporters can contribute by purchasing custom fence pickets, which will be incorporated into the playground.

Organizers say continued community involvement will be essential in making the project a reality.
