Amity Township Store Sells

$2 Million Powerball Ticket

A winning Powerball ticket worth two million dollars was sold at a grocery store in Amity Township. The ticket matched all five white ball numbers drawn on Wednesday night.

The lucky ticket was purchased at the Redner's Warehouse Market on Ben Franklin Highway West. The buyer added the Power Play option for an extra dollar, which doubled the prize from one million to two million.

The store that sold the ticket will receive a ten thousand dollar bonus from the Pennsylvania Lottery. Meanwhile, the Powerball jackpot continues to grow.

It's now estimated at $102 million dollars for the next drawing on Saturday.
